POR-A-KAST MARK 2 PART A & B Two Part - Room Temperature - Cure Casting Resin Mix Ratio: One to One by Volume These instructions are for the use of this product with THE COPER. For full product information you should visit: Measure Part A and Part B accurately: an error of 3% may cause the material not to cure. The working time of Por-A-Kast Mark 2 is 1 to 1.5 minutes. Directions 1. Measure 30ml of Por-A-Kast Part A into a measuring cup. Measure 30ml of Por-A-Kast Part B into another measuring cup. 2. Combine both parts into a third clean dry container and gently blend using a stir stick for 20 seconds. Avoid the introduction of air into the mixture. Scrape the sides of the container while mixing. 3. Pour immediately into the clean, dry mold tray. Do not scrape the sides of the container when pouring. 4. Cure at room temperature. Remove the template from the tray. Storage and Handling Keep containers tightly closed when not in use. Store in a cool dry area. Protect from heat and moisture. Do not reseal if water contamination is suspected. Avoid breathing vapors and contact with skin and eyes. Spills: observe cautions for product use. Refer to MSDS for detailed instructions. Health and Safety Information Warning: May be harmful if inhaled. May cause skin and eye irritation. The product in this container is isocyanate terminated. Prolonged exposure may cause irritation to the respiratory system resulting in breathlessness, chest discomfort and reduced pulmonary function. Repeated skin contact will produce irritation and sensitivity. Use only in a well-ventilated area. Do not breath or inhale vapors. Wear protective eyewear, oil-resistant impermeable gloves and chemically protective clothing. Part A (Curative) Contains: Polyether Polyols Amine Base, Polymeric Plasticizer (CAS# 6846500) Part B (Prepol) Contains: Methylene Bisphenyl Isocyanate (MBI) (CAS#101688), Diphenylmethane Diiscocyanate (CAS#39310059 and CAS#26447405), Polymeric Plasticizer (CAS#6846500) and Triethyl Phosphate (CAS#78400) First Aid Skin Irritation: Stop immediately and wash affected area with soap and water. In the event of skin contact, remove product with isopropyl alcohol followed by soap and water. Eye Contact: Flush eyes with cool water for 15 min. and seek immediate medical help. Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Seek immediate medical attention if necessary. Ingestion: If swallowed DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Seek immediate medical help.
